The Rotary Club of Toowoomba is Toowoomba’s oldest Rotary Club. The Club has been serving the community since 1930.
Our sister Rotary Club is the Rotary Club of Mitsukaido, Japan.

In March and April 2015 Rotary Club of Toowoomba Rotarians and friends enjoyed Vocational Visits to Sleepless City Roasters and JW Joiners. Members and guests were escorted on a tour of the businesses by their owners followed by a shared dinner.

In June 2015 our Club took delivery of a new catering trailer with the help of a grant from Queensland community gambling fund and donations and sponsorship from members and local businesses.

Congratulations to our National Youth Science Forum (NYSF) candidate, Andrew Lumsden, who attended a two week camp in Canberra in January 2016. One of our members and his wife also attended NYSF in 2016 as "Uncle and Aunt" to the students. In January 2016 we also said farewell to Laura Hjortshoj-Haller, our Rotary Youth Exchange Student, who left Australia for 12 months in Switzerland.
Dimity Lynch and Elana Wilson were sponsored by our Club to attend the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards in early July 2015.
Our Club mentors Interact students at two Toowoomba schools – Fairholme College and The Glennie School, and in 2016-2017 our Club is hosting a Youth Exchange Program student from Denmark.

Rotary Club of Toowoomba meets each Monday night except Public Holidays at
Regents on the Lake, Perth Street, Toowoomba. At these meetings we gather at 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start so as to allow fellowship
over a few friendly drinks before our meeting. Meetings conclude at 7.30pm.
